Villani@DeLuca in my opinion is the best law firm in Monmouth County. Mr. Carmine R. Villani is a lawyer of the highest integrity. He is extremely passionate about his clients. We all make mistakes, we are not perfect. Sometimes we are accused of wrong doings. However, in order to have the best representation in front of the honorable Judge I will strongly recommend Mr. C.R. Villani to be standing next to you.

Let's just say 2017-18 were the worst years of my life. With the world in my hands I managed to get myself into some of the worst legal trouble you could ever imagine. So many, I lost count. I was even facing prison. Carmine not only talked me off the ledge but he managed to navigate the legal waters like I never thought possible. He kept my penalties to a minimum and he took the time to listen and go the extra mile. He was more than just a skilled attorney, he was like a brother. I literally owe him my life.

My son got into a pickle in the Summer of '17 at a LBI rental with 11 other boys.....you get the picture. Not being from the area, I searched the internet & read numerous reviews before retaining Carmine Villani. I liked that he was a "Jersey Boy" & went to Rutgers. After meeting him, I felt even more confident in my choice. He & his assistant Betty were always responsive to my phone calls & emails. He delivered everything that he said would & was most hopeful with our out of state distance dilemma. I highly recommend Carmine Villani and his firm. I would most definitely use them again, but in all honesty hope I don't have to.

Carmine was a complete professional. He always answered any question I had and gave me complete peace of mind. He got me results that were better then what I expected. My tickets got lowered to just basic traffic violations. I would recommend him to anyone and I won't hire anyone else ever.

I had just got my dream job, and arrested for a 2nd and 3rd time for marijuana possession < 50grams and paraphernalia both within a month of each other in neighboring towns. Cops found it in my car. I currently am on the Nj medicinal marijuana program but I wasn't at the time of arrests. Like you, I was reading reviews on lawyers and you'll see that all reviews for this firm and Carmine Villani are excellent. It's worth the price, and Carmine and his firm reassured me from the beginning that they would work hard-and they did deliver. Both cases were dismissed. All of my charges were dropped to non criminal non drug misdemeanors with small fines and no probation. I would recommend this firm to my own family.

Carmine worked very diligently and helped me get my charges dismissed, which was a huge help for my career. He is a very friendly guy and really puts in the effort to help you out.
