In 2018, I engaged Vincent Deluca to assist me with my divorce proceedings. Overall, I have no major complaints about his services, except for the fact that in 2019, he passed my case to Michael Ayres due to my ex-husband's decision to contest the divorce, thereby transforming the previously collaborative process into a litigious one. Unfortunately, my divorce remains unresolved even after six years. Michael Ayres intentionally advised the Arbitrator, Matthew Abatemarco - whom he recommended I use instead of going to court, against my preference - to delay responding to a motion for reconsideration in 2020. This hints at a concerning pattern of favors between Ayres and Abatemarco, a revelation that my current attorney learned through an email confession from Abatemarco. Unaware of these unethical practices at the time, I terminated Ayres' services based on my family's advice to seek a new attorney due to the prolonged duration of the divorce proceedings. The actions of Ayres and Abatemarco not only extended the divorce timeline significantly, causing immense emotional distress to my daughters ( and myself) but they also exacerbated the situation by exploiting my ex-husband's, in my opinion, angry unstable emotional state for their benefit. This experience sheds light on systemic flaws within the divorce industry, portraying it more as a profit-driven enterprise rather than a mechanism focused on aiding individuals in need of resolution. The ordeal that I have endured, alongside my daughters, raises serious questions about the ethics and integrity within the legal system, particularly in cases where vulnerable parties, like women and children, are involved and exploited for financial gain..

We so appreciated Attorney Villani's excellent work on our daughter's case. Everything worked out as predicted and the office was in consistent communication throughout the process.

I personally referred this office to a very close friend. They did nothing for over a year except take their money. When my friends requested an emergent court order the firm told them.they needed to pay down their balance. They came up with $2000. towards the balance and once received my friends were told there will be no order requested! This law firm took over $12,000 over a year and a half with no visitation ever being granted.... one day in court with new attorney from Wall and not only got visitation but overnights! Don't waste your time with this firm because clearly they are not good custody attorneys! Very very disappointed on many levels!

Going through a divorce is not an easy thing to do. Vince and his staff made this grueling process manageable. He was there for me when I needed him and offered heart felt guidance that helped my family to successfully achieve an amicable divorce.

Benjamin Hoffman was a lawyer of ours for a family matter.. by far the most uneducated and unprofessional lawyer. Everything is about money nothing is about the case. Doesn’t answer phone calls or texts messages for weeks but will call when he wants more money. Doesn’t advocate for his client AT ALL, goes against everything that’s asked for or could be possible.. makes everything such a negative experience. For two years and multiple court dates everything stayed the same and nothing positive happened with getting parenting time and rights.. the minute he was no longer our lawyer, we got two years worth of fighting for rights done in ONE court date on our own. He is not a family lawyer.. he shouldn’t be a lawyer at all. After fighting with him and the most important court date for everything coming up, he withdrew himself from being our lawyer because he wasn’t happy that we went against him when he went against us, and left us to do everything on our own after paying him a good amount of money. Terrible lawyer. Do you research before hiring him!

Ben Hoffman represented me in my divorce. Divorce is already a rollercoaster of emotions, I am so grateful I choose Ben for this challenging piece of my life as he was able to pin point the items that needed to be addressed right from the get-go.
