Phenomenal lawyers the best in this area

We so appreciated Attorney Villani's excellent work on our daughter's case. Everything worked out as predicted and the office was in consistent communication throughout the process.

I personally referred this office to a very close friend. They did nothing for over a year except take their money. When my friends requested an emergent court order the firm told them.they needed to pay down their balance. They came up with $2000. towards the balance and once received my friends were told there will be no order requested! This law firm took over $12,000 over a year and a half with no visitation ever being granted.... one day in court with new attorney from Wall and not only got visitation but overnights! Don't waste your time with this firm because clearly they are not good custody attorneys! Very very disappointed on many levels!

Jerome Turnbach, was my Lawyer and his paralegal, Noreen; are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this practice. You have rights. Use this firm to exercise them. You are not alone. I never thought I would be so happy. Thank you for all that you do.

Going through a divorce is not an easy thing to do. Vince and his staff made this grueling process manageable. He was there for me when I needed him and offered heart felt guidance that helped my family to successfully achieve an amicable divorce.

Benjamin Hoffman was a lawyer of ours for a family matter.. by far the most uneducated and unprofessional lawyer. Everything is about money nothing is about the case. Doesn’t answer phone calls or texts messages for weeks but will call when he wants more money. Doesn’t advocate for his client AT ALL, goes against everything that’s asked for or could be possible.. makes everything such a negative experience. For two years and multiple court dates everything stayed the same and nothing positive happened with getting parenting time and rights.. the minute he was no longer our lawyer, we got two years worth of fighting for rights done in ONE court date on our own. He is not a family lawyer.. he shouldn’t be a lawyer at all. After fighting with him and the most important court date for everything coming up, he withdrew himself from being our lawyer because he wasn’t happy that we went against him when he went against us, and left us to do everything on our own after paying him a good amount of money. Terrible lawyer. Do you research before hiring him!

Ben Hoffman represented me in my divorce. Divorce is already a rollercoaster of emotions, I am so grateful I choose Ben for this challenging piece of my life as he was able to pin point the items that needed to be addressed right from the get-go. I would highly recommend Carmine Villani! I have gone through pretty bad times the past couple of years due to the death of my Father and following a very difficult and complicated legal situation unfortunately involving Family members that I trusted and cared about very much. Carmine had alot to sort through but handled it with care and patience with me no matter how much I sent his way to deal with it for me. He dealt with each thing over several months time back and forth even on a weekend and on his own time and ultimately settled each thing going above and beyond to resolve all the issues in my favor! He was also very reasonable and fair with his price and helped me even with things he wasn't directly involved in which is unbelievable for a lawyer! Lol Also his assistant Ruby was amazing and so great and thoughtful and answered me every time promptly and listened to me and really was so very understanding and gave her warm and caring personal touch to everything.
