Roberta handled all the legal aspects of buying a new home in a community. I was overwhelmed with all the documentation but Roberta was always on top of each and every issue along the way. I recently had Roberta assist me with a complex real estate issue. Her knowledge of the NJ landlord tenant laws were very extensive. She is very professional and didn’t even ask for money to answer questions. Her fee was very fair for the work that had to be done. She answered calls and emails after business hours and is extremely professional. I would highly recommend Roberta to landlords being taken advantage of in NJ.
