Potential issues with client trust and communication
“FRANK SAID THAT HE SPOKE TO MY MOTHER WHO HAS DEMENTIA, AND IS LVING IN ASSISTED LIVING. I ASKED HIM FOR A SIGNED NOTE FROM MY MOTHER STATING THAT SHE DID INDEED SPEAK WITH FRANK. HE BECAME ANGRY WITH ME, YELLED AT ME, AND TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD NOT PROVIDE SIGNED NOTE FROM HER... BECAUSE "HE'S AN ATTORNEY, AND THAT I SHOULD BELIEVE HIM.”
