Closing was June 30th and I am still waiting for reimbursement for funds I put out in May; THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL! I'll believe it when I receive it. Almost Three Months!!!!!

John represented me at the closing for an estate to which I was the executor. John is knowledgeable, timely, responsive, and trustworthy. It was a great experience working with him.

Hire him only if you are ready to review contracts yourself and remind him for corrections., also if you do not care about him being proactive to protect your interest. Experenced but complacent and forgetful. I had no. pleasant experience with him as my attorney during the entire process of closing during the purchase of our townhouse. Not worthy for high fee he charges and don't care about basic reading/review of critical documents such as contract and deed. I ended up pointing out mistakes. . His staff ( Jane) is great.

Mr. Rankin is the best. I have an unusual case and he takes his time explaining things throughly and he is very patient. He listens and he is fast with returning phone calls and emails. Would work with him again if needed.
