I think this place is a scam, they were rude and really didn't have to much knowledge of what's going on.

Bindi represented me for the purchase of my first home. She was incredibly helpful and I really felt I had someone fighting for my best interest. When the home inspection came back with some issues she explained what is expected and what needs to be addressed. She ensured all items were addressed before closing. She was always clear in what I needed to do and provide and took the time to walk me through my closing documents. My experience has been nothing but positive and I have already recommended Bindi to several of my friends. Bindi was unfortunately not available to represent me for the sale of my home due to the timing of my sale and my experience was much less positive with another attorney. I will definitely be seeking out Bindi for all my future real estate transactions.

She charges astronomical price per hour. Recently in a real estate deal (home buying) i hired her and i was so impressed during the initial talk but some how the house did not worked out for me and attorney send in total three letters to seller and got back responses. I was charged nearly four figures. Before i spoke with her to reconsider her decision to charge me near four figures inquired with other attorneys how much they charge if the deal did not go through they told me three hundred to four hundred dollars.She charged me more than double the industry average charge. She charged this huge amount even though i promised her i will use her services for next home buying process and will pay her full fees for the new process if she charges me the industry average fees($400). I will never work with her and will never recommenced her to any one to use for their real estate deals. I should have done some research instead of blindly trusting my realtor.

We hired Bindi for our first home purchase. She never answered calls and sometimes took a day to respond by email. Even when we had important deadlines she was not very helpful. But the worst part is not that. We found a couple of mistakes with the condo association fees and condo cert fees, which should have been caught by her. We would have lost about $1000 if we had missed it. Post purchase we emailed her about getting our title insurance document reception and she never responded. I'd strongly suggest skipping her for any important legal work.
