The amount of effort, energy and time that Hillary had taken for my child’s placement is immense and even a family member would not have taken to help. It’s like “ I wanted the moon for my child “and she did aim for it and got the Moon. She takes so much effort to have a very good rapport with parents to understand the child’s needs and fight for it. Hillary and her staff are so kind in replying my phone calls every single day even when I knew I was nagging them.
