I wanted to personally take a moment to express my gratitude. As a single mom of two it was difficult navigating this process and I’m grate that I didn’t do it alone. Both Kelsey Tubman and Jason Stump did an amazing job on my case and were able to help bring resolve. They always made time and made me feel safe and heard. It means the world to me. Thank you.

Laura Bellini made this process as smooth as possible. Hiring a lawyer is extremely daunting , however, Laura was empathetic to my situation and made sure I was in control of my own process. Look, no one wants to find a lawyer. It is not awesome, and doing it, well, is daunting for those of us who aren't really accustomed to "legal" stuff. That said, I found myself in that spot. I connected with Greg Kirschenbaum, and he really changed my mind about lawyers (on most things). He was personable, as he took the time to listen and understand the annoying details of the situation and the nuances and things that I cared about. He represented my interests well and kept me informed and comfortable with the process and events. I don't have anything bad to say about my time as a client with Greg; it was quite the opposite. If, and I doubt it, but if I find myself in that situation again, or something akin, I would call Greg before anyone I know or could look up.

Helped me out a lot with my Divorce, hired him for more the 2 years and did good work the whole time, very knowledgeable about the kind of divorce I had gone though and enlightened me about a lot of the nuances that I had no clue about. But at the end of the day if you are trying to get a divorce, this would be my suggestion. The out come that came to be was more fruitful than i though and I can thank Keith for that. When I called even thought they advertise helping with discrimination and retaliation in the work place yet they refused to help said it was out of their scope. When I asked for criteria they refused to give it to me. I am being discriminated and retaliated against in my work place and this law firm is falsely advertising their services. The lawyer had the nerve to say these are they cases they take but refused to help me. I have ADA requirements that are being violated as well as retaliation due to a complaint I filed. Every time I go to HR to complain more retaliation. I am just giving people a heads up of my experience with this law firm. All people should be helped not just the ones who will make them rich even if my case might not be that big for them. The fact I am written up every time I expect management to abide by my accommodation is a violation of my rights. I picked this firm to look into because they advertise how great they are, fight for a person's rights, and get their clients lots of money for violations. However I was turned away without a reason other then in my case it is out of their scope even though it's exactly what they advertise they do. So disappointed with the treatment.

I am very glad that I found Keith Hofmann to act on my behalf during my recent divorce. Keith is knowledgeable, extremely experienced, honest, calm and compassionate. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I spoke to 12 different lawyers (free consultation) before I finally chose Greg Calliste and his team at Phillips and Associates to represent me. I chose them because of 1. Passion - I had this gut feeling that Greg was someone who would *truly* fight for me. Someone who genuinely cared. 2. Expertise - so much of law can be manipulated against you, and it takes deep expertise and experience to fight for justice. Greg and P&A - in my opinion they’re the best of the best, they’ve seen it all, and that know-how is so critical. Greg and his team FAR exceeded my expectations. While some lawyers may just go through the step by step motions, Greg did more than that. He prepared himself with every little detail for the case, really understood my story and also provided emotional support. I always felt heard. Greg made himself available all the time, always a quick phone call away. He fought hard and brought a kind of fire that I was moved by. Before teaming up with Greg/ P&A I felt alone and helpless… up against a large corporation, which wasn’t a fair fight. But with Greg/ P&A by my side, I felt like I had my own army, ready to fight a fair battle. If any of my friends or family members ever run into any employment law trouble… I’m giving them Greg’s number in a heartbeat. Was told originally that my case couldn't be handled by them because it's not a discrimination, when their website in fact states "WAGE & HOUR & OVERTIME CLAIMS". When informed that their site was misleading the woman "respectfully disagreed". When I called back I was told that they DO handle wage cases and that my case "probably wasn't worth it", and couldn't figure out who I even talked to originally.

After 24 years of marriage, I found myself heading for divorce. I was very fortunate to have found Keith Hofmann. He is very compassionate and understanding which made the process easier to take. I felt he always had my best interests at heart and guided me every step of the way. He made himself available whenever I had a question or needed advice.
