Jodi F. bouer was appointed as the honorable to rule out a case regarding a restraining order against my girlfriends abusive mother. This judge was extremely rude, and immediately it already seemed like she had an attitude from the last case because she made us wait for her to calm down from the prior case although at this point it we already waited 6 hours to be seen. Regardless, we went in I told her my statement that we were being threatened harassed and STALKED at my house and job by my girlfriend’s mother (who already has a long record…) to which she asked girlfriend as “friend” or “dating”, seemed unprofessional she also followed it by how long have you’ve been dating which was longer than she has been a judge but anyhow, dismissed the tro to save the defendant her state job and claimed she knows how this generation is. Jodi may have been a good insurance lawyer but as a judge or “honorable”… super unprofessional. Jodi has been a judge for a year and has 9 more years to go. If you are appointed this judge, save yourself your time/money go to the 2nd floor and request somebody else.

Jodi came to our rescue when we felt completely defeated. Her knowledge of special needs clients and her expertise in working with our health insurance helped our family when we needed it most. We were drowning in paperwork from our insurance company & getting nowhere after multiple appeals and hours upon hours of phone calls. I would not hesitate to recommend Jodi Bouer to any family who is having difficulty getting therapy for their child. There's nothing worse then sitting back and feeling helpless when you know your child needs therapy, you're paying into insurance and getting nothing in return. Jodi was worth every penny we spent knowing we could trust her and her amazing staff to work tirelessly on our behalf. She truly is THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!

Our insurance denied coverage for speech therapy, for our child with special needs and language delay. We paid out of pocket for over a year, expecting to be reimbursed but our insurance denied coverage, even after 3 appeals. Against all odds, Jodi was able to help us overturn the appeal and obtained full reimbursement. I have used many attorneys in my life and never have I wanted to refer someone more than Jodi Bouer and her staff. The bottom line is they are a pleasure to deal with, no nonsense, use junior people for legwork to save you money, and have won my family more money than you could imagine from Insurance companies that turned us down multiple times. Jodi, took on a difficult assignment - obtaining a settlement related to a 5-year old brick chimney that had been seriously damaged. What made this difficult was that determining the cause - builder error, or wind/weather conditions, even with an engineer involved - was problematic. With solid judgement, very good advice to us, and great tenacity with the insurance companies (ours and the builder's), Jodi was able to achieve a very satisfactory outcome. Throughout she demonstrated insight into the workings of insurance companies, the applicable law and insurance contract parsing. Jodi Bouer is not only an extremely knowledgeable Lawyer but a very caring person. My husband and I really felt like Jodi looked at our situation like it was her own. Our son is on the Autism spectrum and requires a lot of therapy. Our Insurance company was denying all of our claims and we felt helpless.
