A few weeks ago, I had the good fortune of retaining Emily Declercq Esq as my attorney in what I thought was going to be a simple real estate closing sale of my former home. It turned out to be anything but simple. For me it was a harrowing experience but to my unperturbed, attorney Declercq, it was just another day in the office. She brilliantly allayed all my concerns and made the experience look effortless. I remember the day I Reached out to Emily when I had a soft agreement between me[Buyer] and Seller[Land Lord] on Condo Purchase price. If you were looking for a legal office that will have your back every step of the way, you've finally found it! I am a first time home-buyer and I used Emily Declercq's office from start to finish of my home buying experience. My Wife and I agree that this was one of the best choices we could've made! If we had any questions, Emily and her team (we had the wonderful Sharon) was there to answer them and provide us with literally anything that they could. After we finally closed on our home (Yay!), we unfortunately ran into issue with contractors that were suppose to start work on our new home but never showed. Thanks to Emily and her team providing solid legal advice and counseling, we were able to be resolve that issue extremely quickly and continue enjoying our new home! We could not be any happier! Emily is the best! I’m so thankful my fiancé and I found her to help us close on our first home. I had contacted a few lawyers during my search and was impressed by how quickly she responded to me.
