Selling a home is stressful. So many things that need to be taken care of. The very first time I talked to Emily I came away with the feeling that she is confident, clear on what she has to offer, how she’ll take some of the stress out of the process and just as important that she sounded normal, without the attitude that I have experienced with other attorneys. Not only did I not regret choosing Emily, I feel I couldn’t have picked a better attorney and person for the job. I was uncertain about much of the process, unfamiliar with the legal language therefore I had never ending questions. Emily always took the time to explain in detail, if necessary over and again to my satisfaction all aspects of the offer, the contract, things that are important, things to be cautious about and those that have no significance. I might have put her on the spot regarding some of the issues that arose but she never hesitated, reassured me about the things to focus on and confidently in a clear and intelligent manner explained all that was necessary to have a less worrisome experience. Her office staff was polite and easy to deal with, things got taken care of in a timely manner and Emily always got back to me when called with a problem, potential bump or just a question. I highly recommend Emily and her firm for a simple or complicated transaction as she is competent to handle all.

She was not pushy to keep with a contract if we were not happy with the property.
