I recently worked with Emily on closing my first home. She had been very patient throughout the process. She worked really hard to get what I wanted during the Contract review process. Moreover, since I was first time buyer, I had a lot of questions/concerns. She walked me through the process very patiently. She is very knowledgable and works with you very patiently and honestly. She shares your concerns as her own and resolves them to the satisfaction. Once instance, where she knew (with her experience) my request to the Seller is not going to be entertained, I still wanted to have it being asked, she made sure it was communicated. It was not accepted by the Seller, still she made sure it was communicated to honor my request. This is what I mean, when I say she shares your concerns as her own. She worked on all the aspects of the contract review, closing disclosures and every bit of the process thoroughly and very quickly. Emily is really helpful during the entire process of Purchasing a new house. She took her time and has lot of patience in providing the information that is needed. She is available at any time, when we have questions or need help in buying process. She is very professional and keen on details and action items needed. We had the opportunity to work with Emily to close our first home . As people say ,first home means lots of unknowns and things to learn . In this proces, Emily came out with flying colors as we were new she walked us through on all the stuff we should check and know.
