After consulting with over 5 attorneys, I came across Emily Declercq. I am not big on writing reviews but Emily deserves the recognition for outstanding work she did in closing deals with buyer, landlord and franchise. She took an interest in understanding what I needed and was extremely communicative throughout the process. She can explain things in a way that you can easily understand. Very knowledgeable and right to the point. No big words or complicated riddles. We had a few hiccups along the way but she took control immediately to resolve all and any issue/s. I will use her again for all future needs and strongly recommend her for all your legal business needs.

Emily was very professional and easy to deal with handling our closing. She answered our calls and emails instantly and even got our closing moved up two weeks to accommodate our schedule .She put us as ease during what sometimes is a stressful process buying a property. We would recommend her and will definitely use her to represent us in any future business.

I used Mr. Isaacs' firm to help me navigate a legal case in 2013 and I was very impressed. Hanan is a great lawyer who stood by me throughout the entire process. He is knowledgeable and quick witted and was a joy to work with. As a result, when I needed to navigate a more complicated issue this year, I returned to his firm. Again Hanan stood by me the whole time. There are times when he tells you what you NEED to hear, and not what you WANT to hear, but that is his job. He cautioned me against actions he felt were too risky, and was a true advocate for what was truly in my best interest. In the end his council was the best route to take.
