I have been very fortunate to have had only two experiences with attorneys. One was for routine work that went well, but the last experience, about fifteen years ago, was horrific. I lost my retainer money AND received incompetent apathetic legal representation. I swore I would NEVER deal with another attorney outside of a real estate transaction. Unfortunately, and totally unexpectedly, after the passing of both parents, I found myself in an unenviable, yet all too common position of discovering that your only legal sibling is an underhanded thief, and a millionaire at that. The discovery left me stunned and now turned a simple probate filing process into having to immediately find a lawyer to acquire protection from his nefarious intentions. What a terrible place to be in because I had no one to ask for referrals so I just pulled up Probate Attorneys in Morris County and began calling. Every office I called, I either spoke to a representative or was called back by one. Attorney Drucker was the only one to answer the phone himself. That made a very good impression, as I did not want to deal with a big office of lawyers and go-betweens. After a good conversation, I decided to go with Mr. Drucker. Because the goal of the sibling was not only to steal what he could and did, but more importantly, prevent the estate from paying the bills that were paid by me with my entire life savings in order to obtain a bigger inheritance. I also was not able to find work for years, thus living on maxed out credit cards and the very last of my paltry retirement. If I were to select a bad lawyer, with no funds to secure another if needed, I would literally be left homeless, with nothing, after the bills were paid. Well as luck would have it, I could not have selected a better attorney than Joel Drucker. I hired Mr. Drucker in February 2019 thinking it would be for a few months. Because of the lies, games, and painful shenanigans of the sibling and his attorney, the case did not come to an end until March 2020. The most pleasant surprise about Mr. Drucker was his level of attentiveness. He was in CONSTANT communication with me via email (by phone less so, only when necessary because it was rarely ever necessary) EVERYTHING he said he was going to do he did. I have never seen anyone, let alone an attorney return an email as fast as Mr. Drucker. Always within a day, often within hours. His level of attentiveness never waned, from first hired until the case was closed, and it was an abhorrent tedious year. Mr. Drucker dispelled every attorney stereotype. He was not arrogant but down to earth, professional, highly competent, easy to contact, pleasant, funny and polite. His fees were fair and reasonable and he is trustworthy with respect to escrow fund monies. Most importantly, he represented a case such as mine, a lower fee, smaller value estate with the same respect and vigor a larger more complicated profitable estate case would receive. I was able to achieve the best possible outcome because of Mr. Drucker. I would highly recommended Mr. Drucker to anyone seeking quality representation for probate as well as other legal matters.

I can’t find enough words to express my appreciation for Lawyer Drucker. He took my case, believed in me and represented me when the other “ so called big firms” that are looking for easy cases and quick big money refused even to give me a consultation. Mr. Drucker is a hard worker and challenged the obstacles of my case due to his high intellectual properties and resolved it. If you truly believe in your case and are looking for an intelligent, knowledgeable, honest and reasonable lawyer to represent you then you are in the right door.
