I have sought legal advice from Griffin Alexander for various matters off and on through the years pertaining to matters of whether or not to refinance my mortgage on a potential rental property and reviewing contracts. The firm and its lawyers have always been responsive and extremely professional and have always given me good advice. Their advice was invaluable and they are my go to lawyers when I need any advice.

I was faced with a complex litigation involving a multitude of defendants. It was an intricate real estate matter that had many moving parts and a complicated fact pattern. Jennifer and Bob were able to seize control of critical problem areas and have keen insight and understanding of the case to help induce a settlement. I would highly recommend this law firm.

I am typically leery of lawyers but have no fear here. Jennifer and her team are the upmost professional and proficient lawyers I have ever come across. I've never felt like a lawyer had my back and my best interest as Jennifer and Her team did when I used them to negotiate a commercial lease for me. Their combined knowledge of both the commercial market and their negotiating skills are unmatchable. I felt like with them at my side I couldn't make a mistake. Their billing was fair and reasonable and I don't feel as if any of my time or money was wasted.

I hired Jennifer to prepare a commercial lease for me. She was very detailed oriented and protected my interests in the lease document. She was very responsive and her office staff was a pleasure to work with. Her office has also handled the sale and purchase of my homes which was done with efficiency and smoothly. I highly recommend her!

I hired and paid Jennifer Alexander to represent me in a landlord tenant dispute. She kept telling me that she'd "research" my questions. After the retainer had been exhausted twice, she was still unable to answer my questions, and kept saying "she'd look into it". Frankly I don't think she knows anything about this area of law.
