I cant say enough positive things about my experience with this firm! specifically Michael! He was attentive to my situation and guided me through the process with personal care and attentiveness. I knew I was in good hands the moment we had our consultation.

Ron and Danica were very professional and understanding. I can't thank them enough for the work and thought they put into defending me.

Professional and helpful

This firm is handling my mother's estate. It has been over 4 years of attorneys quitting and new attorneys being assigned. The new attorneys were not updated as to what estate work was done. Redundant work, late work, poor quality, and taking forever. I strongly suggest that when choosing a law firm, you really do research. The family member who chose this firm picked it for it's proximity to his house...never a good idea.

If you are looking these posts to hire a layer - you are smart. I hope my experience help you to make your decision. Have the worst experience with this firm. I totally agree with what ashleigh e, Marie Bennett, Lizzie B, Sara Parker, Tony Devoto have written before me. I wish I took some time to brows for these information before stepping into this firm. Someone I knew for short period of time handed me visiting card of this firm - without doing any research I retained this firm and that was my biggest mistake. It cost me $4,800.00 + 7 months stress for nothing in hand. Ronald S. Heymann and Danica D Baldino were primary personals worked on my case. They are Incompetent, sloppy, Big talk, but NO walk the talk. keep blaming pandemic, other party lawyers periodically for the their snail move. There was ZERO transparency of my case - the only place I see the lawyer worked on you case was on monthly bill-invoices: bunch of dates and heavy charges, like meeting, discussion ... so on ! I had no choice than call or email them for asking status of your case or asking questions like what happened on these meetings or discussions you have listed in invoices? I get nothing, but surprising bill. They heavily charged me for less than 2 min phone calls and reading my question emails that were never answered to me! I was not listened, documents I submitted are not looked into, any document they prepared are just a generic templates - black spaces and full of typos and wrong information, …. to many to list. It took me some time to get to this page, but later is better than NEVER. When I saw comments of above users I mentioned, I found myself totally in their shoe. Their comments helped me to fire this firm and find a real lawyer. Guys, firing sloppy lawyer of this firm was the best decision I have made in 2021. Starting from scratch - the new firm was able to resolve my case in two months for a portion of the above cost. FYI: these was no change in other party lawyer, it is proof that what Ronald S. Heymann told/blame other party was LIE.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! the worst law firm ever. all they do is continuously steal your money & you get NOTHING in return. I went through 3 different lawyers because they supposedly can’t keep their staff. They have dragged my case on for 4 years that honestly could of been handled in 1-2yrs at most. I have also been emailing with Stephen Fletcher & he has yet to respond to a single email since February 2021. Mind you, today is the end of July and I have sent an email every single month and nothing!!! but they have no issue sending statements to me to collect money for doing what? NOTHING! They are just an evil money hungry firm. I will be reporting them & i suggest just finding another law firm, use google or ask your bestie that thinks they are a detective cause sheeeeesh they can do 10times better & probably for just a home cooked meal or wine
