I first approached Dan about handling a matter for me, involving real estate and the dissolution of a partnership, about 5 years ago. I thought he was expensive and went to another attorney who was cheaper. Boy, was that a mistake! I ended up going back to Dan, he fixed the problems the other lawyer had created, and we ended up winning the case and I got the property back into my name. Mr. Himelman handled a few real estate transactions for me over the last several years. He is very experienced and I never had any issues with any of my closings (2 purchases, 2 sales and a refi). I also used him to do an LLC formation and to do my Will. He is thorough, knowledgeable and a nice guy to top it off. His staff is very helpful as well.
