When my husband and I received a call from a federal agent in August 2021, the first step we took was to avoid any conversation with the agency without proper counseling. Time was ticking, and we were in urgent need of hiring an attorney. We consulted Avvo and found several attorneys, among those, Timothy Richard Anderson. However, the attorney who called us from that office was Mr. Petersen. He was impressive on the phone. He showed excellent knowledge and handled our inquiries respectfully and clearly. He took enough time to talk to us and provide helpful feedback. Thankfully, we did not need to hire an attorney in the end, but receiving proper advice from Mr. Petersen was a balm. We are surprised there are no more reviews of Mr. Petersen. He showed appreciation and respect for Mr. Richard Anderson, who is lucky to have him.
