This is Barbara Shaw. My experience with this particular arbitrator (Mr. Dwyer) was so horrific. My ex-husband had been found to be not credible in a court of New Jersey Family Law, he also had been denied any payment reductions by the Appellate Court, and he was ordered to pay my attorney fees for this action. Following this I agreed to engage in a binding arbitration with my ex-husband. Mr. Dwyer heard the case. He had documented not only the wrong testimony but made errors on his final judgment and he had to make adjustments to his judgment, and had the audacity to charge me for his error. This man is not fair at all and is blatantly in favor of men. Beware. It took me several years to actually decide to write this review because I was so devastated by my experience.

Elliot is a great attorney. Elliot is very professional, straightforward, supportive, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend using him. Thank you.

Mr Dwyer had to talk to my kids about our divorce. He made my kids feel very comfortable and truly listened to them. It was an awkward experience that he was able to make a little easier for them. He is a true gentleman!!!

Glynn Dwyer gets 5 stars (I'd give him 6 stars if I could). Glynn sets the bar for both lawyers and mediators alike. His office personal Karen and Carmelina are also a pleasure to deal with.

DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM FOR YOUR DIVORCE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. My experience with this law firm was absolutely horrendous!!! Mr. Bachman and his firm are a prime example of the corruption in our legal system. He is a thief, lies under oath to save his own skin and the reason why so many people have a distaste for attorneys. If you are foolish enough to retain him, my best advice is "less is more". The less he knows about your finances the better off you will be. Mr. Bachman has demonstrated his ability to be manipulative, unethical, and untrustworthy. Do not trust him to represent your best interests in your divorce. Mr. Bachman and Mr. Dwyer have no interest other than to take your money. Please stay away from this firm. You will regret it, I sure do. The biggest mistake of my life was to trust Mr. Bachman and his firm to represent my best interests in my divorce. I am forced to put 1 star to just to be able to post and warn others of these predators. I can not emphasize it enough...DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM FOR YOUR DIVORCE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. If you need proof, please contact me, your head will spin. What Mr. Bachman did to me will hopefully change your mind about retaining this firm. Apparently this firm only allows the public to see positive reviews on their website. This review mysteriously disappeared. Felt compelled to repost. I cannot say enough good things about working with Elliot and Lauren. From our very first meeting, at a time when I was unsure and afraid, through my entire 18 month process they were both calm, patient, knowledgeable and effective. A situation that began as frightening for me ended happily and with the knowledge that my children and I are safe and able to move forward with our lives. I highly recommend!

Elliot Solop was a beacon of hope to my family at a time when my options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh impossible. Not only was he able to defend me from an unjust accusation, his calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional succor to myself and those I care about most. One of his strongest attributes is listening to my needs and patently putting it on paper.
