Working with Cadence Hulme at McCaskill was a pleasure. I felt confident that she was extremely qualified to review my divorce agreement and reassure me as to its fairness. Then I went back to have her witness my signing of the final version. She’s so warm and friendly and it made a distasteful task so much easier. If I ever need a family lawyer again I won’t hesitate to give her a call.

Cadence Hulme & the entire staff of Jennifer McCaskills office are the kindest, most understanding, compassionate, hard working law office I've ever encountered. They are not only highly knowledgeable & professional, but truly care about your case as if it affected their own personal lives as well, & the level of compassion they show is like no other. It's difficult enough dealing with such sensitive painful & emotional issues, but having Cadence & her staff on your side working for you is like giving your problems to angels who are true warriors. Mrs. Mccaskill, Jennifer has been nothing but lovely to me and helped me out when I needed it the most. I’ve had several up-and-down situations with navigating through sticky custody situations , trying to get advice even recently even though , she was my lawyer in my final divorce case in 2018. She still continues to be a wonderful support and unbelievably knowledgeable on all aspects of Monmouth County court system, She is also very empathetic person, that has nothing but the best intentions for her clients!!!! She is not the type of lawyer that are just feeling as if , you’re just a number in her computer, you become friends, and become part of the community with other clients, that she has developed over the years

I walked in numb and not knowing what to expect. I was made immediately made to feel as if I was family and they had my best interest put first. I was introduced to Cadence who walked me through every step and took the time and patience where I was lost or confused. Very knowledgeable staff who got me through my divorce with a fair outcome. It was my first time ever having to get a lawyer and go to Family Court to be able to see my children. My lawyer was Cadence Hulmes and she is the best. At first it was a little scary I guess because I didn’t really know what to expect but in the end everything worked out just like she told me it would. She fought in court for me like a couldn’t even imagine. It was honestly worth every penny. I don’t really look at her as just a lawyer anymore now she more like family to me, thank you again Cadence.

Apologies for the late review! Jennifer's office was exceptional with my situation. Cadence primarily worked with me during my divorce. I'm happily living my life with split custody of my two boys. Cadence fought for what was fair and just for my specific situation. I highly recommend The Office of Jennifer J. McCaskill for any legal advice and support.
