My experience with Richard Sanvenero and this Law firm was beyond positive . I found myself going through a high conflict, horrific divorce with complications , and a special needs disabled son involved. I thought it would never end … yet Richard took on my case, and his team made the process as smooth and as swift as they could. Step by step, Richard walked me through each moment, with experience and knowledge in every aspect of my divorce. The compassion along with professionalism that they showed during the entire grueling process , including child custody issues, and my own personal fears and worries, was above the standards! Richard fought hard for what I needed, and stood up for me and my son. Him and his staff always took the time to listen, explain, or simply help me through any situation that arose…during any confusion or moments of concern, He made himself ready and available without question. With that, our outcome was the absolute best it could have been, I have no doubt. His staff , especially Brooke, his paralegal, and Terrance , who worked close with me on our case, and held my hand, and showed just as much compassion, knowledge and patience as he did. I’d highly recommend this firm to all, and give this firm 5 stars!

I had a scheduled virtual consultation with Mr. Richard Sanvenero Jr. at 2:30pm on Tuesday, March 26th. However, I never received a phone call at the designated time. Around 3PM, I took the initiative to call Mr. Sanvenero Jr.'s office, where I was informed that he was running late on another call and would contact me afterwards. Unfortunately, I never received a call back. Instead, I received an email requesting personal information for the pre-nuptial services I had expressed interest in. Since then, I have not heard anything further. Today, I reached out via email to inquire about the next steps and request an update, but I was turned away due to the team's lack of availability to support me, citing ongoing trials. With Mr. Sanvenero's amazing reviews online, I was hoping for better service.

At first I walked in and they pretend very well… act like they care and are willing to help and get things done.. however what they fail to mention is that they do everything illegally and entirely irrational. Met with rich and all seemed normal, that was until they couldn’t get any of the information i provided together. They sent me a total of 5 emails asking the same questions still saved on my end and the day of court still didn’t have the proper information on the documents. The best part was I was still charged for those 5 emails explaining the same thing on 5 different occasions. They also called me 3 times in regard to THE SAME INFORMATION ALREADY PROVIDED IN AN EMAIL. And charged me for that as well even though they were incapable of producing a single correct document just an hour before court. Court case came and absolutely nothing was said and nothing was done on his behalf to help the situation under any capacity I spent The time talking in with the judge said”you have a lawyer” yes one that stands there busy doing something else and doesn’t say a word. Aside from that i weeks later recieved a bill for an additional almost 5k with at first no explaination. There was never a warning, there was never a warning that funds were being depleted and at 5k for 1 court appearance and emails and phone calls I shouldnt Have been charged for is absolutely ridiculous to say the least. I was Then contacted numerous times by his billing team in which I explained That they never told me I was Depleting funds PRIOR to court or I wouldn't Have even bothered going as well as that they needed to make the proper adjustments for the phone calls and emails they were given and never made the correct adjustments a total of 8 times prior to court. I have Since filed a suit against them and they proceeded to then take out the money from someone else ( I borrowed The deposit fee in the first place). Thankfully they were able to fight that wrongful charge with their credit card because that isn’t under my name and they never asked permission to charge the remaining balance they claimed I owed Them. I asked For rich to call me on numerous occasions and funny how I never Heard back from him or his team except to harass me for money, either way I’m glad my borrowers were able to fight the charges and get their money back and I will Proceed with them in court for ethics and grievance charges. No where in my documents does it say they can charge anyone else for the case without someone’s permission, Please stay clear away from these people. They believe their law degree allows them to act like criminals and do as they please, Also just be aware it’s over 10,000 for 1 court appearance and they don’t tell you that you are running out of money they just charge whatever they wish without permission of the account holder. Although bank institutions resolve these issues it’s still unlawful and they need to be held accountable for their actions . They are not above the law because they have a law degree. Please do your homework and look for a reputable company and attorney.

Richie and his team handled multiple transactions for us from property closing, LLC formation, township variances, etc. I’d recommend their team for any legal transaction. You’ll be treated with utmost care and attention.

I love working with Rich and his office. One of the most important qualities for a real estate attorney to have, is responsiveness. His firm does a great job with this and it allows clients to have an update of what’s going on throughout the process. Highly recommend!
