Worst experience I ever had. No communication with client but they'll be happy to take your money and do absolutely nothing. Don't call them for any updates regarding your case either unless you're okay with them billing you for that. I really believe that they do that on purpose so they can justify the bill. When I terminated their service they sent me a bogus bill to empty the remaining balance in the trust account and now they claim I owe them.

If I could give my experience more than 5 stars, I would! I am so grateful to Rich & Josh for the incredible work they did with the sale of my condo and purchase of our new house. As a first time seller, Rich made it simple for me to understand the process and was incredible responsive to all my needs. We had a slight road bump at the end of the transaction and if it wasn't for this great team, I'm not sure we would have closed on time! Thank you!
