I do not recommend this firm. As seniors, we needed a will - a simple will. We went to T. Dengler who, as an estate lawyer, was trusted to advise us properly. A few simple questions turned into a Trust that we did not understand nor did we ask for and we told him so. He gave us a brief explanation and we told him we still didn't understand - he encouraged us to sign. Also, although we were quoted a price for this will, the Trust fees were never discussed or mentioned. Asking him how much he replied he had to "figure it out". We were distressed and sleepless worrying how much this would cost. I will state that this was settled after our complaint but now we have to start over and this has left us to distrust lawyers, Do your homework, you can get more info from Google.

Tim Dengler and his assistant is the absolute best. Free consult, explained everything in such a way that my husband and I completely understood. We felt very comfortable and his fees were very affordable. Would use again and highly recommend!

Divorce settlement October 2017. Was referred to Valerie by a female of similar profession. Arduous, Contentious and slightly complicated divorce. Settlement was longer than anticipated due to lack of cooperation with spouse and legal counsel. Valerie is tenacious, focus and determined to support and receive a positive resolution for her client. Knowledgeable in family law by citing previous NJ state cases relative to my divorce, Her rate commensurate with her professionalism and intimate knowledge in divorce law. Hence, she is not cheap to hire. She is personally and intimately involved with your case from the beginning to the very end; no other business associates in her office are involved for the client to pay a separate fee(s), responsive to phone messages and email messages however you will be charged accordingly, resourceful by communicating with her peers to assist in her defense. I would highly recommend Valerie to my women friends. She did a successful job representing me being a female 55+.
