I recently had the pleasure of having John Avery represent my father in court for a traffic violation. Though English is a secondary language for my father (his primary language is Korean) he was very patient and thorough with answering all of our questions and explaining every step of the case. Unlike other lawyers that we've dealt with in the past, it's clear that John's virtues are tied to what's best for the client, and not the path of least resistance. In trusting him to fight for us, he was able to get my father a plea deal that avoided a hefty fine and points on his license. I highly recommend John Avery for anyone who needs a smart, patient and respectable lawyer in their corner.

John helped my family with traffic 3 tickets: yield to stop sign, fail to use child car seat and drive without valid license. My bother was not able to appear at court. John was able to speak to the judge and we only paid less 300 dollars fine. Thank you very much.

You couldn't ask for a better lawyer than John Avery. He recently represented my dad in court for a traffic violation. My father is elderly with limited proficiency in the English language and even more limited experience in court. Understandably, he was very anxious over the whole ordeal but John was so empathetic and patient with him. John walked us through the entire process, had the foresight to proactively ask for an interpreter for my dad's court appearance to make him feel more at ease, and worked with the prosecutor ahead of time and the judge to get us the best possible outcome we could ever hope for with this case. The only thing that rivaled this happy ending in court was how respectful John was with my dad and how he never made him feel less than. With a mind as sharp as a knife and a heart as pure as gold, there is no better champion than John Avery representing you in court.

Mr. Avery is an absolute god send among attorneys! Before choosing John I had met with a good handful of attorneys. John was the only one who made me feel like he had my best interest at heart, and was the only one who made me feel confident that he knew how to best handle the complicated details of my case. Never having a run in with law prior to this experience I was nervous, not knowing what to expect or how the legal system works. But John walked me through everything, and laid it out for me as the situation really was- not just what I wanted to hear. It was also EXTREMLY satisfying to see him demolish in court. I've had a variety of court cases and to be honest, there were many times, when I've had sleepless nights and started to lose hope.
