I hired John Avery in 2015 to help me purchase a home. I went through 3 properties and in each of them John uncovered many issues with the homes that would have made selling the property later on impossible. John constantly stood his ground against pushy sellers and always had my best interest in mind. He was extremely patient when dealing with other difficult lawyers and he worked with me for a year and a half until we found the right place! I cannot say enough good things about him. His availability, thoroughness, patience, and care are qualities that one does not find easily today.

I've worked with John Avery on a number of occasions with both traffic and moving violations. I had a pleasant experience, both attorneys are very professional yet empathetic and really were looking out for my best interest and getting me the best result possible. I would recommend either of them to anyone who needs a great attorney in New Jersey.

Call them, I called 3 other lawyers before settling on Avery. The thing that initially jumped out at me was how sincere they were the other lawyers I spoke with seemed to be focused on my payment and not how they could best represent me. When I met John at my court date he was early, enthusiastic and confident which made me feel confident. I Just spoke to John Avery and to be honest, this is one of the most transparent phone calls I have ever had! He is very knowledgeable and he is NOT looking to take your money like many lawyers. I strongly recommend him.

I called Avery and Avery and John Avery picked up he spoke over the phone for over an hour detailing all possibilities of my situation before even meeting him, we had many meetings and was always on top of everything and always called me first. I just had a trial today at Fort Lee municipal court this morning and John Avery was a life savor. You would not find any better legal advice other than Avery. I made the best decision in my life in choosing this gentleman. He has a good sense of humor to break the ice and then proceeds with best method to find the best outcome possible at any situation. He handles caes as if they were his case and not afraid to answer phone calls and works hard to defend and give advice as much as you will need. I felt comfortable with his excellent legal knowledge plus good relationship among people around. I got the best outcome yet so far than i could imagine with John, who is honest and warm hearted. I just had a DUI case and he got me with the best outcome and he finds best tactics to resolve and at the end he was overall good honest man who was not looking for money like some other moron lawyers around here and likes to dedicate to helping clients.
