Having trouble getting them to fully go all in to get me the most out of my settlement possible asking me to gather information I have little to no access to.

I've been a customer of theirs going on 3 years. This firm is garbage. Bad communication, Bad attitudes, and poor follow-up. They'll give you a great Sales pitch in the beginning to sign you up but once you're an actual client then your case will get put in the back seat somewhere to collect dust and cobwebs. Would not recommend.

Can’t get ahold of anyone to help me with my current case with them, and reception sounds annoyed and depressed that you even bothered calling.

Never returns any calls!

If I could rate this zero stars I would. My husband has a case with this law firm and I have never seen a law firm do what they have done. And I know how a law firm acts because my father was an attorney. My husband‘s case has been going on for eight years and a case never goes on for that long. Also my husband has left several messages with the attorney that is handling his case and the attorney has not responded to any of the messages. Also every time my husband calls in to try to reach the attorney that’s on his case he always gets transferred to the intake department it seems like that is the only department always open when their other departments should be open as well. It almost seems like this law firm is going out of business

Why is this number calling my phone?! I don't have any case here and live in another state. Then I used Google Assistant to ask what they were calling about and they said "lawsuit." Not involved in any to my knowledge. None of this seems legit or professional.

Never dealt with any of the lawyers but the paralegal that I deal with Lucas cologne sorry if I spelled your name wrong he's on point he's the kind of person you want to deal with when it comes to something you receive some type of compensation or that could change your life such as a legal battle hats off to you Lucas keep grinding
