I implore you to take your business elsewhere. Michael Manna, an owner of this firm, called us 26 minutes late, without notification or an apology for not being on time. 20 seconds into the call he put us on hold, which he did not actually do because we heard his entire conversation with his tech department. After several minutes, he got back on the line, spoke to us for FOUR minutes and then frantically proceeded to say he had to go because he was late for a zoom call. When we asked when he would be getting back to us he said not sure, maybe within the next 30 minutes to 1 hour. That was this morning and we still have not heard back, not even an email to reschedule. Take your business elsewhere, his level of unprofessionalism was insurmountable.

More like Malfeasance & Helmy Law group. Beware. Our family is still coping with the traumatic aftermath of their *grievous* mishandling of our loved one's last moments and remains. From what I've read online, it appears that my family is not the only one that has gone through this kind of harrowing experience. The loss itself was hard enough. As a Christian I feel compelled to warn others, lest they go through what my family did with these snakes. We don't even have a body to bury, thanks to them. May God forgive them.
