Michael Manna took the time to explain the estate dissolution process in New Jersey. Additionally he offered reality based insights that exist between states (each state is different) and much needed opinion of how to proceed. Will definitely use him going forward as the need may arise.

Absolutely unbelievably positive experience with Mr. Manna!!!! I have a situation where a family member died and there is a complicated chain of ownership to property. He listened closely and asked questions about important details so he could understand the situation fully. He took the time, and patiently explained to me what next steps could be. I could "hear him thinking" through the implications of different courses of action. He was so clearly knowledgeable about all the factors involved - he knew things off the top of his head that another attorney told me he would have to research. The Manna Helmy Law Group was kind, courteous, and informative regarding an Estate Planning issue we were having. I strongly recommend them.

We have, to date, only had an initial consultation with Mr. Manna. We chose him because of a family recommendation and are very happy we did. He was very helpful, explaiining the process and some of the options and asked us a lot of questions. The questions helped him to focus the conversation on the alternative he felt best meets our needs. There was no charge for the initial consultation and he spent about 90 minutes with us. If we find we need to go forward with his recommendations, we will be very comfortable hiring him. And his approach to billing -- establishing a flat fee for the services he offers is welcomed. We want to focus on what we are trying to accomplish rather than hours spent.
