Absolutely the worst collection agency/Law office. No one ever answers the phone. This place should be shut down due to the inability to answer the phone especially when collecting on a debt. Complete dirtbag company.

They never answer the phone. It is very difficult to get a hold of anyone there.

I can't wait for my loan to be done because of what they do is never get back to you by phone or email. I have been telling people about how they are and never use this lawyer service.

It's amazing how hard it is to get a payoff amount when you are trying to pay it off! I have been trying to get documentation for several weeks, and I don't believe it was ever sent to me, even when I was told it was mailed. And telling me my own information can't be emailed to me? I don't believe that either.
