“Matthew Mendelsohn and Adam Epstein took up the case. Recently, after 5-6 years I received a surprise bill of an outstanding from a service provider for the accident-related services provided to me. After the inquiry, Adam explained that a "Letter of Protection" was issued by the firm to the provider who was not in-network of my insurance, which otherwise took care of expenses by claiming expenditures from the Third Party Insurance of the other party involved in the accident.”

“To begin, he is rude, very rude, demeaning, egotistical and not a good person. Additionally, whether he intends to be or not (I suspect the latter, as it is my opinion that he is not nearly as intelligent as he believes), he is very transparent, and that is not a good thing for him. It's very clear, deep down inside, this despicable human being (my opinion) is not looking out for any of his clients best interests, rather, he is going to settle as soon as possible to take his cut and move on to his next victim; don't let it be you.”

The firm may not take on certain types of cases, even if they advertise handling them
“SO I HAVE A POTENTIAL CASE OF MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CAUSE I JUST HAD A BABY ON THE 15TH OF SEPTEMBER AND HAD A C SECTION WITH A TUBAL LIGATION AND MY DOC TOOK OUT MY OVARIES AND I WAS TOLD BY A NUSRE AND SHOWN THE PROOF BUT NOT HOSPITAL AND OB DIC IS DENYING IT WON'T GIVE ME A ULTRASOUND TO SEE I DID A CONSULTATION WITH THIS FIRM TILD THEM EVERYTHING AND THEN ATTORNEY SAID THEY DIDN'T WANT TO MOVE FOWARD WITH ME AND SAID IT'S NOT A CASE THEY WOULD HANDLE AND IT'S A MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASE THEY ADVERTISE THEY HANDLE AND TAKE MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASES BUT JUST NOT MIND THEN WON'T GIVE ME A REASON WHY SO I WOULD NOT GO FOR THIS LAW FIRM THEY ARE IGNORANT AND RUDE LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.”
