Was involved in a motor vehicle accident which caused me significant personal injury in my neck and back. The attorneys at MSKF worked diligently to secure a favorable settlement on my behalf. They are great attorneys over at MSKF and would recommend them to anyone.

Cynthia Matheke , After taking $10000 for medical experts and after getting me a certificate of merit proving my case to be true went on to lie to me and get JSMC off the hook. She then pretended for 2 years like my case was going on after she in fact got my case dismissed. The board of ethics prosecuted her for this in case you think it's not true just look it up... while making promises to my face she went behind my back she met with Jersey Shore medical center and a Judge Oles , Of whom I heard on tape as she lied in his face, But because I didn't find out (because of my traumatic brain injury caused by Jersey Shore medical center) for 2 years after the fact, it was too late for me to get any kind of help for my condition. I sit alone without help SO before this happens to you do yourself a favor and do not hire her, She filed my suit in 2005 and dismissed it 08. I found out 2010 Ann Reilley v. JSMC and Board of Ethics prosecuted her 2012-15 i think. You see my brain injury is still bad but as it heals, i will Do my best to make sure that hospitals don't use people for their insurance money and lawyers don't take advantage for whatever they can get to free hospitals of their wrong doings. I get better every year and as I do this will be heard of more and more in my attempt to save people from what has happened to me

i hired Adam Epstein back in August 2018 for medical malpractice case the doctor left a big scar and dimple on my face that look horrible and hurts me all the time after i eat something cold or hot he took my case without hesitation but his intention was never go to trial, he just wanted to make quick buck for settlement after he realize that we will probably need to go to trial he never pick up the phone, no emails back from him and after 7 months wasting my time he emailed me that he quits on me and that i need to hire another lawyer asap because in 2 months i will not be able to file a claim how in the world lawyer can do it to his client?? Now i have to rush and try to find someone who will take my case with no time to waste STAY AWAY FROM HIM UNLESS YOU WANT HIM WASTE YOUR TIME AND LOSE A CASE

Mr. Epstein explained the whole representation process to me and told me just to concentrate on getting better faster with all the injuries I have incurred during my accident he will take care of the rest. After being rear ended in a multi car collision I had to go through six months of physical therapy and receive five epidural injections to my neck and upper back and ultimately a spinal fusion surgery for my lower back.
