This place is a joke! I'm currently unemployed and about to ship out with the military. I called looking to see if I could set something up that was within my means to pay this down but they said the "creditor" isn't willing to give me the same "deal" as previously stated. I got a letter saying I'm being "sued". I'll challenge it in court, these people never reached out to me when they took over my account. I have a family to provide for and they don't care. See you in court.

He was hard to reach when I needed clarification or support

The operator Page is rude and condescending. When I asked her to take my number down she did it in a rude manner and did not even ask for my name.

Horrible law firm with awful customer service I have never in my life spoke to a company that was so rude ! It’s honestly really really bad ! I hope no one ever has to experience them you will be disappointed from first conversation believe me everyone that works for this firm is rude I thought it was just who I initially spoke to but every single person so far is horrible and not helpful at all ! I’m surprised nobody has reported them to the bar ! Believe me I will be once this is all over !

Closed a deal with clients with this firm. David is very nice but very hands off. They leave Stephanie to do all of the work, and she's not responsive at all. I would not recommend, especially for first time home buyers. Stephanie did not even send the inspection requests because she was on vacation costing my clients to have to deal with the issues on their own. She took NO responsibility at all even when we provided her with proof we did everything on our end, but she dropped the ball. Now we are after closing and have escrow, the attorney nor Stephanie has responded to make sure their clients received their escrow. They literally took their money and left them hanging. I understand being busy in this pandemic, but the unresponsiveness and the lack of accountability is unsettling. Find somewhere else that will appreciate your business. They don't!

Called for a settlement of a 5 year old credit card collection account. But these people want me to pay the full amount!!!!.

Nobody ever answers the phone

A great group of young professionals that blend in well with the more sr. and experienced ones. They provide great service at a very reasonable price and will go out of their way to make it an easy and pleasurable experience. Clients that I have referred to Faloni Law are always pleased with the responsiveness of the team and the result. They are very good at what they do and they come highly recommended.
