Awful people that act like the mafi . I made arrangements to pay month these thugs cash my check am retired due to my health problem. Everyday this week this thugs have harassed me coming to house with paper or sending someone to harassment. Am tired of being push by these thugs David is the head of thugs. They don’t return call or email.

I've 30+ yrs. in default, mitigation, collection & recovery. From an inexperienced line debt collector in the 80's, to most recent Director of Operations setting collection policy, procedure and process. I have vast experience in full cycle default and collection industry. I recently became disabled due no fault of my own, became delinquent on my debt obligations for the first time in my life at 48 years old. Last year, finally was awarded SSA disability. Shorty afterward, started attempting to replay 20 different past due accounts. For the most part the collections company's have been helpful, accommodating and reasonable in accepting repayment offers... But FALONI & ASSOCIATES is the exception. From my experience Faloni Law associates plays on the edge of the law in regard's to debit collection practices & ethics. Faloni associates are bitterly dishonest, threatening, nasty and manipulative of facts, towards those whom attempt to be helpful or those who are actively working towards debt settlement. It appears Faloni collection associates deliberately and intentionally abuse of the legal system with unneeded use of judicial system. Faloni approach to collection is to assume that all debtor's are uneducated, unaware and unwilling to settle their debts. It is highly recommend that one acts in a highly prudent manner with this firm. Doc everything with irrefutable proof, record every telephone conversation and dot every i and cross every t.
