I work the overnight shift, so it would make sense to email an attorney to see whether I have a case or not! I briefly explain what happened, I received a call, text,voice mail from spencer sundusky,stating that he wants to talk to me,I responded back but no answer, so u called the office, and a lady said he'd left,so she asked me questions and I said I submitted my statement and just wanted to know if I have a case?she rudely replied I don't have your email and started asking me, so I answered, but I hate repeating myself and I already said what I had to say,then she asked how old I am????I lost it, sorry, but I just can't continue. She told me spencer is learning to be a lawyer and only works during the day, so I texted him and he never responded back?! Is this how you treat your customers, that is very unproffessional, if your lawyers are so busy that they can't say yes or no about your inquiry, then they should seek another profession!!!! Days later,an email, can't take your case right no,again from a secretary not lawyer!!!

After 25 years of employment my position was eliminated as part of a corporate restructuring initiative. Amazing

Only had an initial phone call. Intake is free. Phone consultations are $300 payment required at the time of the call, and they won't disclose fee structure for representation until you have the initial consultation that costs $300. The other reviews suggest this firm is competent. I declined to explore further because I wouldn't want to pay $300 for an initial consultation if the fee structure more expensive than I know i would agree to. (For example, $1000/hr. Clearly an exaggeration, but I'm hoping you get my point).

I had a great experience working with Vincent Antoniello. He was clearly very knowledgeable of employment law and he had exceptional negotiation skills. I feel very strongly that if I had not used him, my outcome would not have been as favorable. I would choose this law firm again in a heartbeat.
