After consulting with Eric, in 2012, we hired him to handle my mother in law's estate. He implemented a trust and filed an application for a Veteran's Widow' pension, for financial assistance in her care. The application was approved and the additional money was a godsend in helping with the cost of her care. Anytime I had a question I would call the office and they were wonderful. I was never made to feel that my silly questions weren't important. Sadly, my mother in law passed away last year. A simple phone call to the office provided me with assistance in finalizing her estate. Because of the depth of his knowledge in estate planning all of her assets were protected. Eric, Clelia and their entire staff Are absolutely wonderful.

I've been working with Eric Goldberg for a number of years regarding a senior citizen. He has always been very helpful-- he has been available to discuss the case, he is thorough, honest, employs excellent people, and has made a difficult situation less so.

My experience with Eric and his team has been amazing. I had no clue about what I needed to do or know before I began this process. Being uncertain is why I put it off for so long. At the beginning of this process I immediately hit a road block with an Attorney that I was uncomfortable with which caused me to step back. I was referred to Eric by an assisted living home . though he knew we may not even qualify as a client as my mom had no assets we needed Medicaid advice , he drove a half hour to my office in the snow. He gave us a tremendous amount of advice and insight in his consult . I liked his honesty and integrity immediately . I met Erik for a consultation. He provided important information concerning my situation with my mother. The consultation was longer than i expected. I was very grateful for the time!! He was extremely professional, informative, compassionate, and knowledgable. My brother lives in Florida and he had questions as well. We called my brother and had him on speakerphone the entire meeting. I met with several other eldercare attorneys. He is by far the one with the most information and very easy to speak with. I am a health care provider and have worked with Eric for many years. He has worked with many of my patients/clients and not only understood their pain points but was also able to help them remedy a plethora of different issues. Eric took the time to meet with me and my parents to help plan for their future. He was extremely patient while my mom kept repeating herself as she suffers from dementia. Eric guided us to a family trust which we would have never thought about and also helped with Medicaid planning for down the road. He is smart, patient, compassionate and insightful. You want to hire Eric to do your elder care planning. I think I'm going to have him take a look at my wills as well. I highly recommend.

Eric is very professional and helpful with completing the Estate Planning for my Mother. On very short notice Eric had to conduct the Signing and he could not have been more helpful and professional. I would recommend him and hire him again.

I hired Eric to help me through a Medicaid Application for my grandmother. While we are middle class Italians and thought it was a basic situation since we had hardly any accounts and no money left, dealing with the County was a disaster. I had done what I thought was most of it myself but then as soon as I started dealing with the County it was a mess. I had Eric and his team deal with the County and the paperwork and grandma was approved retroactively do to their strategies. Throughout this time grandma was in rehab and I was concerned about her Medicare days running out and they assisted me in making sure she was not discharged too soon and the most priceless advice was the countless conversations when I was freaking about about doing the right thing. I would recommend Eric and his team to anyone and everyone going through a long term care need.
