I have been working with Jonathon for several years now. We have worked on several deals from $400k deals to multi million dollar deals. Some of my real estate transactions have been very complicated and Jonathon has a way of making sure all of the protections are in place without over complicating a deal. He is very responsive and fees are more than fair. He has always gone above and beyond for me. He knows his stuff when it comes to real estate transactions.

Never having to deal with "lawyers" before, Jonathan immediately made me feel confident in my choice to contact him. Mines is a landlord/tenant dispute.
