The first time I retained Joe was for a business litigation where he took over a matter that was not going well and he got it resolved favorably in a short time. We also used him for a landlord./tenant issue that he solved quickly...and much to my pleasant surprise, he returned most of my retainer unbilled! Joe will tell you what you need to hear, not what he thinks you want to hear. He'll tell you when it's time to fight and when it's time to settle. He's looking out for your best interests and will do everything he can to get you the best result possible in the most efficient way. If you have a litigation matter, Joe should be your first and only call.
