“The executor has been lied to about work being finished. I have an audio recording from a meeting with the executor and, several emails from him to the executor I will be happy to share with anyone considering him and, interested to hear and read.”

“Being an attorney I would think Kenneth Miller would advise his client to use priority mail with confirmation numbers when dealing with checks. Free advice for you Ken use it! It's very unprofessional and, should be brought to someone's attention so we can conclude this matter and, move on with our lives being as though everything was finalized by all parties involved.”
