I am currently paying off a contract with crimson they only settled one debt in almost a year every credit card is in collections and they have not made an attempt to negotiate any of these accounts. They have changed the amount going into the holding account 2 times and have required the amount we pay them be raised once which we really couldn't afford. Before signing on with Crimson I was assured that all my accounts would be taken care of before their percentage was taken out. This has ended up not being the case. They are taking out their percentage before they will negotiate any of our credit cards which are now all seriously delinquent. I am a low income senior on social security and can't afford to do anything about it. I would not recommend this company to anyone
