I have been working with Dan for about two years now and have known him personally for over 15 years. Dan comes from a hard working proud family. Dan is knowledgeable, experienced and always looking to help. I have utilized Dan’s services concerning Real Estate, Riparian Claims, new business ventures and more. I would highly recommend Dan for all of your legal needs.

Dan has always been so professional, dedicated, and honest. He was tough when I needed him to be and always so helpful and genuine to me. He is also extremely knowledgeable in his areas of expertise. He is truly a class act.

After interviewing several possible lawyers to represent me before a Zoning Hearing Board for variances on my seashore property I was smitten with Dan's skills and background. Practicing law in an area he grew up in was most impressive. The gloomy prophecy that I wouldn't get approvals was erased by Dan's optimism and guidance on what needed to be done to prepare for the hearing. I am a retired teacher and I know that Dan did his homework. He aced his test and I am so excited to have received approval to begin construction.

I called Mr. McCann and he made himself available to us with very little notice. We needed some legal documents drawn up for my 90 year old mother who was only going to be in town for a few days. He was very professional and took the time to discuss with us in detail just what we needed to do and what he would be able to do for us. He was very patient and took the time to explain things in a manner that we would understand. I would definitely hire Mr. McCann again should the need arise and would also recommend him to my friends and family.

Dan was referred to me by several people in the South Jersey area. He helped my sister in law get out of a tough real estate situation and helped my wife and I lower our real estate taxes while removing tremendous amounts of stress from our lives. I than had another legal issue pop up for business purposes and again approached Dan. He was up front and informed me that the work I needed help with was not his area of expertise and recommended another attorney I could trust. Dan could have taken the issue on himself for the work, however knew that I would be best suited to work with a different attorney. I trust Dan as my go-to for any and all legal questions because I know if he feels he is not the absolutely best person for the job he will refer me to who he thinks is.
