Bias and unfair treatment from a judge
“Had a case before Mr. Thomas Olivieri and hard to call this dude a judge-- if judge means weighing evidence and making a fair judgment. This guy judges on his personal likes and dislikes and after reading a couple of his judgments it's pretty clear he has a type he does not like.”
