Ms. Williams came highly recommended to me regarding a sensitive DCP&P issue I was handling for a client. Beyond the treatment I received, Ms. Williams and her assistant, Lianna Rivera, quickly addressed my questions (the same day), providing me with thorough, reliable information. I found the Williams Law Group online and after reading the immense amount of valuable information Allison has posted, I knew I wanted to meet with them. The NJ system is beyond confusing and complex, and attorneys I had spoken with previously were extremely unhelpful, offering zero substantial advice. I easily scheduled an intake and met with Deborah, the Client Intake Director. Beyond being one of the most kind individuals I have encountered, she gave me the empowerment and knowledge to move forward with a foundation of knowledge that has now assisted not only me, but countless other domestic violence victims I have met in my journey. Williams Law Group is beyond unique- they are relentlessly dedicated to ensuring that each individual story is not only heard, but given the justice deserved in a system that rarely hears, nor provides due justice. I have recommended them to several others and I have not heard of a single disappointment in how their case has been handled from start to finish. You guys are the different package of greatness and completely well informed with the area of law I needed help with, family division. They only thing I can say that needs improving is your receptionist, I was on hold for over 8 minutes than hung up and called back not to get a greeting by the receptionist saying please hold......you guys are just awesome I can shout that from the roof tops however, your receptionist needs training....as for the entire law staff they are God sent pleasant, personal and very approachable. I wish all law firms were like the Williams group!!!

Bad service!!!! The attorney that was listed on my contract wasn't the attorney that was assigned to work with me. Had difficulties with getting the attorney on phone (all communication was done via email) I didn't like that. There was an error with my first invoice and when I inquired about it Judy was very rude and obnoxious. The attorney was over 30 minutes late for the first mediation. I wasn't keep abreast as the case was going on. I received a email two days before the court date that my attorney wasn't available only to have the covering attorney call me the day before the court date for an update. Nonetheless, upon arriving to court my attorney showed up and was in a rush to leave for another case. Appearing before the judge she was very unprofessional, unorganized, unprepared, and was buffled. Didn't present my case well at all. I provided her with bank statements and letters. When the judge asked for these documentations her respond was she left it in the car. If your coming to court for an case why would you leave documentations in your car. When the case appeared before mediation again she did not argue on my behalf or advise me of other alternatives. Was not please at all!!!!!
