Mr. Tawil was very professionable. He works very hard for his client and doesn't give anything away that isn't neccessary. I hope I never need his services again, but would recommend him any time to anyone. Under the circumstances , he handles his clients with compashion.

The Budd Larner law firm had been recommended to me by a friend who felt that the firm was very good for women in divorce cases. I was having great difficulty with an attorney I had hired to resolve a post-judgement case with my ex-husband. That attorney just couldn't get the job done and it was being drawn out and becoming ever more expensive by the day. David Tawil from Budd Larner was assigned to my case and I wish I had hired him from the beginning. I have had my share of bad lawyers and I'm very familiar with male lawyers who are condescending and dismissive toward their female clients. David was everything a female client could wish for. He was respectful, took my case and my concerns seriously, and always made sure I understood completely what was going on. He creates a very safe situation in which the client feels like a valued member of a team who can question anything at any time. His legal skills are quite impressive and he's very efficient. He brought my case to a reasonably quick and acceptable conclusion, avoiding my having to go to trial and saving me a huge amount of money. On top of that, he answers his own phone. If he's not available he gets back within a very reasonable amount of time. I've never known a lawyer to be so responsive.

David has a pristine aptitude for his area of practice and is extremely professional. He possesses a great attitude when communicating which made working with David very comforting. I trusted his decisions and suggestions 100%.

David provided me with great representation on my divorce. He understood the law. The most important support David provided was to present options when appropriate and to push me when emotions were in the way. He was gentle but persuasive when I was making decisions that may not have been in my best interest. I am very satisfied with the outcome and the work we did together. It was obvious while in the court house that David has built important relationships and the respect of the judicial system.

David has a kind and patient demeanor when dealing with clients yet advocates effectively when interacting with attorneys. It is evident that he is very dedicated to his work because he cares about his clients and he wants to be successful. David understands the needs for a person going through a divorce and has the necessary compassion at the same time David is an excellent writer and understands law to the nth degree. David is very prompt and can anticipate what the other spouses attorney is most likely thinking. Very strategic attorney but one that can talk with his clients in a clear and concise manner.
