I have sincerely felt a connection of absolute sincerity toward my issue. He is able to site the law, the option, and the concerns. He has excellent communication skills and negotiation skills and is ready to fight and finish the fight if nessecery. I enjoyed his company, his work ethics and his professionalism. Pipe burst in our apartment and flooded everything. Building did not require us to carry insurance so we were literally at the mercy of the law (lesson learned). Met w/ Jeffrey for a consultation and retained his services almost immediately. When building threatened to vacate our property illegally, Jeffrey offered to come down in person. He (legally) bought us the time we needed to find a new home, move our things and today are happy to say that we have a VERY fair settlement on the way.
