Mr. Kipnis took my case and got me full custody of my kids. I went through a very hard divorce and Kipnis Law Offices represented me in my divorce and I got full custody of my kids. My ex's lawyer couldn't even keep up because Daryl was 20 steps ahead and so strong in the courtroom. Kipnis Law Offices also did my will for me and it was exactly what I needed. In January of 2011, my husband(now deceased) was hit in the rear of his vehicle near Freehold,N.J. He was very upset and was assured by police that there were no charges and not to worry.
