My mom was seriously injured when she was struck by a car while crossing the street. Her initial attorney dropped the ball, and we found out that her case had been dismissed for almost 2 years. In the span of a few months, Mr. Whelan was able to have the case restored to the active trial list, and to settle the case with the driver's insurance company for a significant amount. He is very competent and dedicated, and we highly recommend him.
