Mr. Garner was terrific! I was written 10 tickets all together which included a DUI and ended up with a misdemeanor. His attitude was great. I was impressed with his performance and professionalism. There is no doubt that he is the best lawyer!

I got myself in legal trouble that could have ended my chances of advancing in my career, losing or even obtaining a job, losing my reputation and most definitely had jail time and court fines and fees totaling up to 10k. Before I hired Mr. Garner just our phone consultation was very warm and he definitely knew his laws and ways around them he assured me he could handle my case and since I was 9 months pregnant at the time of the arrest he told me to relax and focus on my new baby. The three months I waited for the court hearing I constantly reached out to Mr. Garner as I was very worried about my case and he kept reassuring me he has it handled and I will not be going to Jail. He didn't charge me extra for all the times I called and the emailed and was so quick to respond to emails and phone calls. He also worked out a payment plan for the retainer/payment. He was at the hearing before me and spoke to the prosecutor and got me exactly what he said he would and it was magic! No jail time and no excessive fines or fees. Steven Garner is a magician and if he says it .. He does it! I highly recommend him for all criminal cases!

I must say 100% the best decision I made was to hire Steven Garner I was facing several big charges in superior court ocean county with at least 10-15 years in state prison. Mr Garner assured me and my family that he would see to it that I serve no jail time at all, I believed him 100% but as a human you always have that scary thought that your gonna go to jail away from your family.
