I had a very complicated custody situation that was messy and ongoing for years. In a 10yr period I had cycled through 3 very reputable firms and attorneys and no one could accomplish my goal - change in residence for my children (who lived in Florida). Lyons & Associates was referred to me by a family friend and I couldn't be more grateful! From the first meeting with Terry Lyons I knew that she honestly cared, understood and would help in any way that she could. Once we had a plan in place I worked closely with Sara Kucson who is a gem! I never felt rushed or unheard. Every step of the way was laid out and explained with realistic expectations set, not oversold. I knew it was not going to be easy, but it was my last attempt. I am happy to say that Terry and Sara were able to create and execute a plan that was a winner! I have dealt with many attorneys and I would return to Lyons and Associates again and again! My family and I can't thank them enough!

I recently hired Lyons and Associates to assist me with several changes regarding my PSA. I was extremely lucky to have Mark Gabriel assigned to represent me. Mr. Gabriel was an extremely strong advocate during this process. He demonstrated to me an extremely honest, an outstanding work ethic, knowledge of the law, and did not "yes me" on all of my questions or thoughts. Mr. Gabriel in my opinion is the type of lawyer that will listen to your every concern/idea, and then will provide you with an honest (not sugar coated - polite) answer. This is the type of lawyer people should want to hire. In the end I have absolutely ZERO regrets with the way my case turned out. Mr. Gabriel got me a fair decision with regards to my new PSA.
