Lawyer Eric Marcy accepted our case when other law firms passed. We had struggled with the issue for 8 months with a non-responsive party looking for someone who could help sort it out. Within one week !!! he sorted it out with the other party. All done, all clear- no more issue, thank you.

Initially, everything seems satisfactory until you make the payment. The firm boasts highly skilled attorneys and paralegals that their billing practices are marvellous. **Example: They can spend over 35 minutes reading a single-line email of fewer than 100 words and charge you for it repeatedly over several days**, amassing charges that can reach around $300. Once you sign the retainer documents, you may encounter a series of issues. While many believe that attorneys are the key to achieving justice, it's rarely mentioned that some will exploit you financially. There are 2 types of attorneys: those who genuinely support and advocate for their clients and those who view clients merely as a revenue source. Unfortunately, this firm falls into the latter category. If you have ample funds and patience to deal with feeling overcharged, you may consider reaching out to them. Again, Justice is not guaranteed here, however a hefty bill is practically assured.

We had a great experience with Elise Bavazzano. She was quick to reply, provided a fair price, and we got our trust amendment signed in a timely fashion. She was knowledgeable and very helpful as we needed to update and amend our trust/will documents.
